LAURUS, the school of excellence was launched by an Educational Psychologist, BEST- TEACHER AWARDEE, RADIO LESSIONS TRAINER, Dr. P. GOPALA KRISHNA who had put in 27 years of experience in teaching. Along with his younger brother Mr. P. VENKATA RAMANA, he started OXFORD HIGH SCHOOL at Hanmkonda, Warangal (A.P) in 1993. Gradually the school has gained enormous good will among the parents. Today OXFORD is known for discipline, communication skills and excellence in Academics. The school’s IIT-wing has been successful enabling the students score State-Level, District- Level Top ranks including Olympiads. The extended coaching for class X students for various talent tests is yielding good results, helping the students get into not only Ramaiah’s but also other noted coaching centers.
With this backround he had ventured into launching LAURUS, the school of excellence in Nizampet to give the students the best learning environment.
One mission is to educate the child using technology, activities and fun, thus making learning a joyful experience. We believe that the learning environment through qualitative tools and technologies nurtures the child’s intellectual, social, emotional and psychological development thus impacting his/her overall personality. Our mentor Dr.P. Gopal Krishna who is an educational psychologist aims Laurus, the school of excellence to guide the child into his journey of life through stress-free and enjoyable knowledge and wisdom.
